Bought an Anyroad Advanced back in March. The owner spent a good 30 minutes making sure it fit properly and it has made a world of difference in my 100 K + rides. Because of the cost of bike, took advantage of the free minor tune up. Had to replace two tires a week apart due to bad luck and although they were busy, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road again later that day. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. They genuinely care about the customer and that they are doing what is right whether that is selling the bike or servicing the same.
I bought a Giant animator at this store and my boy (3 years old) is starting on his own, without training wheels and dropping curbs on it by the end of the first summer! All because of BIKE BROS, on 2 separate occasions the bike needed adjustments, cause we ride the bike a lot, they did the adjustments and refused to charge me!!!!This is a great bike shop!
Helped me buy my first mountain bike! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Didnt feel pressured and gave me confidence in my decision. I will recommend this place to all my friends and be back myself! Worth the trip from Calgary.
These guys have the best service in the Calgary area, in Cochrane. I drive 45 minutes to an hour every time to see them. The difference in the experience is worth it.
