Dr. Kostyk is very efficient and seems to be constantly keeping herself and her practice on the leading edge of her field.
All of the staff at 5th avenue dental are very polite and informative. love my visits there! Jeanine is fantastic and really makes me feel comfortable every time I come in. I would definitely recommend them. they also direct bill to my insurance which most places don't. very convenient.

Had a cavity filled and fell out not even five years later... was told a 2year warranty on fillings. Then I was told the dentist is out of the office for a week. Thats it. Didnt ask if I was in pain or if I wanted to see another dentist. Oh and they charged me over $500. For one filling. You guys can go pound sand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never had a dentist who is as caring and professional as Barbara Kostyk. From start to finish she is honest and straight forward with you. As well, all her staff are a pleasure to deal with. If you need a dentist I highly recommend 5th Ave Dental as the place to go. Professionalism with genuine care for the patient and incredible dental work, it doesnt get any better than this!!!
