Had a great experience with Cochrane Floors!After a dishwasher leak (ack!) a couple of hardwood floor boards soaked up some water and swelled, and needed to be replaced. Dealt with John to inquire about the situation and he was really helpful on the phone / email, looking closely at photos we sent in, providing an accurate estimate, and even helping us find help for some cabinet repair work. Had an issue with scheduling taking longer than expected, but every time I followed up he was quick to reply and figure out where the delays were happening.The repair work by Ken & Wendy was top notch. They were careful in removing the old boards, asked questions and made sure I was happy as the job progressed, and they kept our living area very clean. No sawdust or wood bits around the room when they were done.Last of all, the process of doing the paperwork was smooth. A couple forms to sign over email and allowing payment over the phone meant that I didn't need to leave home to handle anything from start-to-finish. That convenience was appreciated.
Best customer service and amazing work. Our basement looks amazing. Carpet is so plush. Tile work is great with it being heated. Quality is the best.
Called Cochrane Floors to have them re-stretch a carpet that was not installed properly. Everyone from the receptionist on were wonderful to deal with and were prompt in getting back to us. Jason, the installer did an awesome job with the final results looking like we installed new carpet. I would highly recommend Clint and his staff.
Fantastic experience from all staff in the showroom, communicated well and helped us find the best carpet available that had a great manufacturer rebate. Installer did a great job on the installation of our carpet, we can't find the seam where he joined the two rolls of carpet. It may sound simple but the installer cleaned up after himself and vacuumed the carpet. I wasn't so lucky to have the same respect for my house when other installers have been working on our new house completion.
Excellent Installation! I wanted to shop local and so when it was time to redo my carpets I decide to try them out. They did two sets of stairs, hallway and three bedrooms. The price on the carpet was very good but where they impressed me the most was on the installation. Jason was a one man show that took great care and pride in his work. The end product looks amazing and has added significant value to my home. Would highly recommend this company.
