I bought a last minute Stocking stuffer here ($40 earrings) I brought the back the very next day as my teenage daughter told me that her Mother only wears hoops not studs for earrings. I had my receipt in hand and the earrings still package they wrapped it up in, and I was rudely told that there wasn't anything they could do. I asked to speak to the manager who had been given the heads up by the first rude staff member and she was worse than the first women. They told me federal regulations forbids them from taking back earrings. I can understand that, but they did not have a sign up that informed the customer of that. If the did it was tucked out of sight in that dingy store.This was not about the $40 earrings, this was about customer service and maybe suggesting a store credit or taking some of the blame for this happening. So much for small town charm, you won't find it here folks...DO NOT waste your time or money going in there!!!
This store has such unique products! I absolutely love shopping here. Staff are always more than helpful and make the experience fun. My friends and I make a point of coming out to cochrane to shop here on a regular basis. Youll find things here you wont find anywhere else.
I am 76 just imigrated from africa. lets get that straight. hmm. So, while I was having a little poo in here, two delinquents came up and knocked on my stall!! and said why are you opening a snack in there, wanted to have some, and wanted to see colour of wrapping. grrrrrrrrrr no thanks. me no like sharing. They said they were scavengers meh they stole my favourite underwearies though. they were black with skulls and hearts grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
