Cleaning was well done, but communication by staff could use some improvement as I dropped my dress off on a Saturday but was not contacted about it on the Monday as promised. I had to call multiple times to get an answer on it, and I was not impressed. Also, staff when I came to pick it up were not very friendly. I may not use this cleaner again, certainly not for anything important.
Friendly staff, but both items we have taken In were shrunk and ruined. Would not recommend at all. 200 dollar jacket no longer fits and lining is hanging out the bottom of the sleeves.
