So impressed with these guys! I have used them 3 time now and each time great service.New AC installed last summer after another company told me it was too much work and over quoted the job Avalanche installed it with ease for a very good price!They repaired my Gas Range in the fall Great job again! And most recently saved the day when my fridge stopped cooling just before a big even in our home.Thanks Avalanche!
Used Avalanche Plumbing to fix an issue with our Sub-Zero fridge. Although the repair did not go perfectly, I found the technician and staff willing to negotiate to find a solution where both parties could walk away satisfied. Would definitely call them again.
Do not use this company.. Whirlpool sent them out to fix my dryer because it was squealing, they said it was fixed. When I used my dryer after they "fixed it" it was making the same sound. I called and emailed them and no one responded so I called Whirlpool and they booked them in to come out again. Then the company called me to say they would talk with the tech and see what else it could be. They did not call back for a few days then told me the tech was going to come back out to see what is happening. The tech was honest and told me him put a part in backwards and that is why the dryer was making that noise. A few days later I received an invoice from them for the techs time, even though it was his fault.Today I finally used the dryer and it is making noise constantly and the noise is just as bad as the squealing.
These guys are awesome!! Simply the best appliance company we have found we have been using them for years and we recomend avalanche to all our friends!
Buyer be ware! Avalanche will not stand behind their products and services! Had a new water tank installed and then had some problems with it. Called them about the issue and they indicated that it would not be a problem and would be serviced under warranty. Service technician came out and determined the issue and had resolved. When asked about cost associated, service technician indicated it was a warranty issue. All good to this point.6 weeks later a charge appears on VISA. Tried numerous times calling to get an answer as for what this was in relation to. First call noted it was a mistake and would be taken care of. That was the last time able to talk to management. Following that, management was never available and would never call back. After numerous attempts with no response, took issue up with VISA itself. Avalanche decided to make up an invoice to supply to VISA indicating call out charges, parts and services. So much for warranty on their efforts. We were never provided any quote, or invoice and, quite the opposite, advised that this would be warranty work!Adios Avalanche! Won't be trusting you again!
