DELICIOUS food. Very authentic Italian culture and outstanding staff. A minor issue is that the restaurant is rather small, so it does fill up quickly. Otherwise, it earns five stars in every other regard.

The Boot, Im impressed. Happened to go on a quiet Sunday for lunch. Its intimate on the inside and adorably decorated in flag colors. I especially enjoyed the pots and pans on the back wall. The margherita pizza was heavenly, but the traditional Tiramisu in a jar was simply beyond. The portion sizes were just right. My family members had pasta dishes, and all were able to finish without feeling too full. My only suggestion would be to play some romantic Italian music on the speakers just to add to the whole experience. Definitely worth a go, if youre in Cochrane. The quality is outstanding and theres someone for everyone.
