Loved my experience at The Cave, Sauna Day Spa. The rooms and stations complement each other to give you a unique day spa experience. I'm not a sauna person but the variation and the uniqueness of this place make it an experience worth living. Couple it with an incredible massage and you'll be wanting to come every month! Love the owners, super clean, and only a 30 min. drive away from Calgary, in beautiful Cochrane.
Really nice way to spend a couple hours relaxing with your partner. The place is beautiful inside and they tell you what each of the saunas and steam rooms do - they smell amazing too! I would definitely recommend going and I would go back
