I had used this storage facility for over 2 years. Mice had entered my unit as well as others. Sandy was aware mice had entered other units but did not inform us. I had expensive rugs, bedding, clothing and towels. All stored correctly either wrapped or in plastic tubs. Ruined by mice eating,urinating and then dying in the above mentioned items. Nothing was done by Sandy.....Sandy both my sister and I spoke to you and I did mention the damage....you told both of us there's nothing you would do.....? I came to you with the information regarding the mice. That is when you told my sister and I that other units had mice and I had said why.......didn't you notify the other tenants so we could have been proactive. Instead the damage had been already done. I still have the damaged items for the most part of you indeed would like to see them.....actually the smell is offensive.
Bow river self storage has been such an easy and convienient way for me to move into my new house these past few months. Its completely fenced in with key card access which has been a huge stress relief for me. The owner of the storage company is really nice and she explained everything thoroughly when I was moving in.Will definitely use again
Prices are very reasonable. Security is excellent.
Sandy (owner) has been very kind throughout the two years I've rented one of the larger units, she listened to my issue with mice over the winter and how they had gotten into my daughters stuffed animals, other than the loss of the amount of money i paid for the stuffed animals, i didnt mind downsizing my daughters toys whatsoever since she has way too many! But Sandy cared enough to offer some of her own daughters stuffed animals :) I appreciated the offer very much. Not only that Sandy has been very caring, considerate and very patient during the months I couldn't afford, she would listen to my issues and did what she could to help ease my stresses...I'm very happy and I wish more companies cared about their clients like Sandy has! Thank you Sandy!P.S If you've truly sold the company then you will surely be missed and your replacements have some very big shoes to fill! lol jk...but seriously tho you've been awesome!-Robyn C.
Terrible company. Needed a storage unit in a pinch (not much available) and went to this place. Unfortunately, the gentleman on reception struggled to understand me clearly despite repeated attempts. I was told that you needed to give two weeks notice - I only need the unit for two weeks; therefore, I gave my notice. When I called two days after I had handed the key-card back, the owner had no knowledge that I had handed the card back. AND the original receptionist did not note my notice. Therefore, i lost the deposit. Bad company. Bad service. Go elsewhere.
