Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Michael and James S who went way out of their way to assist us with a new contract and phones. They custom fit the plan to exactly what we were requesting, which was a bit of a challenge for them, but they both did everything they could to meet our request to the "t". We even kept them late past closing a half hour, which we felt very bad about, but they did not once seem the least bit concerned that they were working past their closing hours! 1st time at the store! Picked up a lil Cali Jade to help feng shui the new pad! Couldn't have asked for any more when it comes to the service in store! 'Anything Grows' was 5 stars for sure! had zero qualms and the service was as good as it goes! The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Were busy but still took the time to show me around the store and patiently informed a guy like me (who knows almost nothing) on everything that I needed to know and see! James really earned his keep today! Helping me port my VOIP phone number from Ooma to Telus is no easy task but he stuck with it and made it hapen. Thanks guys!
Hubby went in on Friday 13 July, phone would not connect to 4g network. The lady who was helping couldn't figure it out. She said to let her know if he did. Hubby called Telus they wanted him to buy a new phone. Hubby asked me to look at it so I did. It just needed a different apn. I called the store to let the lady know what I did so she could write down the apn and the guy who answered the phone was more concerned that it was 5 min to closing. The lady was with a customer I asked him to have her call me anytime when she was finished. Never got the call guess what I had to say wasn't that important.
