Kim did an excellent job on my nails, though she told me they're "not a nice color." If I could change one thing about this place it would be that they're always running late.
Just an okay experience. I came for a gel polish pedicure, the water was cold and even when I mentioned it, they didnt add hot water. The lady was very nice but didnt do the nicest job, lots of polish stuck to my cuticles which resulted in it peeling off not long after. However- My daughter attended a birthday party here, and they were amazing with the girls! They all left with such pretty nails. So I guess it depends on what you are wanting done :)
Never ever going here again. Thought pedicure was ok until i got home and took a closer look! What a mess. Seriously think I may have to get them redone somewhere else. Husband says I should go back and complain and get them to do them again.........but what's the point. Putting it behind me and voting with my feet......no pun intended!
Very good service! I had artificial nails, and they were very careful on the nails removal. I asked for a shellac manicure and it was well done. They have a lot of colours available, and the staff is very friendly. Their schedule is very flexible and they work on Sundays. Absolutely nothing to complain. Id definitely go back there!
Do not use this salon.I went for a shellac manicure at the beginning of march.The job was not great but the worst came when i went back to have it removed.They used acetone but as the polish loostened , they grabbed the end with tweezers taking with it a layer of nail. Then to get the remaining bits they used a rotating file which felt like it was burning. The result was my once strong nails are now weak and red and splitting. These people are not professionally trained estheticians. Its all about money to them.
