Best place in town for an affordable, good quality haircut! I have been going to AK for 2 years now and I have never had a bad haircut. This place always puts in their best effort, even when they are busy!! Would 100% recommend this barber shop.
So glad I found this place! After moving to Cochrane I was worried about finding an authentic barber shop. AK gave me the exact cut and fade that I was after and even finished things off with a straight blade. If youre looking for a place to get cleaned up, skip the mainstream franchise places and come here, you wont be disappointed!
Went recently as I had heard the owner is great. I was in a rush and he was busy so I got a British guy who used all this lingo I didn't understand and just butchered my hair. It'll take weeks if not months to grow back in properly. Worst haircut I've had since I was a little kid. Really disappointing.
I was hesistant at first going into a new barber as I am very picky about my hair. I am used to the typical barber experience, what do you want? In and out, thank you very much. These guys are fantastic, they take their time, there is no rush, and they don't just offer you a fantastic haircut, they treat you like family and take their time while you're on there chair. It feels like I am never rushed and it is more of a relaxed conversation than a simple transaction. Check em out AT LEAST once, thank me after.
Stumbled upon this shop and am I ever glad I did! Clean and friendly shop. Jacob did an excellent job; took his time to make sure my hair was perfect, explained what he was doing throughout, and made sure I was happy before he was done. 5 stars, will come back again.
