She was late for two appointments that I booked and on the third appointment she didnt even show up. She didnt contact me until three days later to apologize. Disrespectful of other peoples time especially since I was driving in from Canmore. I get life gets hectic but three times is just too many. She also overshared her personal life. Professionalism needs to be practiced here.
