Joanne was extremely kind and helpful. When she found out we were travelling with a baby she made sure a playpen was guaranteed and since we need hot water to heat up the baby food, she kindly upgrade us to a room with a kitchenette! The hotel is at great location: 40 minutes drive from Calgary airport and 1 hour from Banff, nice stop-off if you travel from Calgary, with great restaurants and convenient services.Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of variety of gourmet food. Would definitely recommend it!
This hotel has been renovated, so it's a nice clean, new look. Friendly service and clean rooms. Close to gas station and restaurants.
Amazing staff and service. Very clean hotel. Amazing game room with pinball and table arcade game for free to use. Nice pool, little small but worth it!
We had a great stay, staff is wonderful, rooms are gorgeous, pool was great and the games room was excellent. The continental breakfast was really good too. LIttle pricey but I still give 5 stars.
Room was great. Nice decor. Clean. Pool was clean and kids loved the waterslide. Great continental breakfast in the morning was included. In the evening in the lobby there was some complimentary popcorn and my kids loved that. Easy to extend check out to noon from 11am for some extra time.
