I found him very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. John worked very hard to get me to the payment that I wanted. Boyd Ellis is the best salesman ever no pressure and so helpful and honest. Andrei the finance fellow was so thorough and great at his job. I was a little unsure and stressed about a new purchase and those two amazing guys made me feel so much better. I would recommend anyone to Boyd and Andrei. Oh and I love my new Rogue.

I wish you could see my smile in this review, because I havent stopped smiling since I walked into Cochrane Nissan. I was greeted by Bailey and it was evident that customer service and happy customers are the focus. The building itself is immaculate and well designed, from the window viewing bay from which you can watch your car being worked on to the French Vanilla coffee. Bailey was unlike any sales person Id ever met, because hes actually a product specialist. I was shopping for a replacement vehicle and had a very particular category I was considering. Bailey asked me about me!! My family, my regular day and weekends and we landed on the right model for me. Not only did he know all about Nissan products, he knew the competitors too and could tell me the actual differences between them all. Bailey and his manager Vince were engaging and we were able to reach a deal, including a great price for my trade in. I happily drove my 2018 Rogue home on Friday and look forward seeing the Nissan Cochrane crew again for scheduled maintenance.
