The service agent was efficient. Transport and pickup to and from downtown was efficient and timely. All the staff I encountered gave me a smile and greeting. Some of the work cost less than originally explained because the vehicle did not need it. Overall I will rate it as 5 star service.
I don't give many 5 stars out but the service was outstanding. I called Tacoma town for looking to bring up my rear end of the truck. The gentleman (Eric I believe) guided me to the better option and I purchased itI called to see if I could pay for shipping or a transfer to another Toyota as it would of been about 2 hours for me to go and pick it up. The guy lived about 10 mins away from me and offered to drop it off on his way home for work A+
Brought my vehicle in for oil change recently and with that comes a free vehicle report and wheel alignment check. Upon picking my vehicle up later that day, the service advisor was going over the services performed and bill and I was told "Your vehicle might need wheel alignment but we're not really sure because the guy checking it is new here and a little inexperienced..."What a stupid thing to say to your customer. So maybe I should have my vehicle diagnosed and serviced by Burger King instead of an authorized dealership? 6 vehicles purchased here by family and friends and this is the level of service I've come to expect. Lovely.
We are very happy with the level of service and communication from Cochrane Toyota. Our car was a special order/build from Japan and Miles was excellent at communicating on the timelines (order acceptance, build date, ship date, etc.) And it arrived right on schedule. The car has a steep technological learning curve and Miles also took the time to review the owners manual prior to me picking it up, and was able to give me a solid tutorial on the car and its on-board computer. We absolutely love the car and really appreciated the no pressure approach or up-selling. They are also a registry so they even had the car registered and license plate installed. All I had to do was show up, sign a few forms and jump in the car. And, after some key tutorials, I was on my way. We've put almost 2000km on the car and are averaging 88 mpg from mixed highway and city driving. Bring on the high gas prices!
