I'm currently leasing my second car from ford. Very disappointed with the services @ North Star, during regular check up and oil change. They found that there is a leak at axle seal. They asked me to do another appointment and I have to leave my car for whole day. When i asked if they can provide another vehicle for the day. Got declined. I called 1800-ford . They said that my car under warranty and the dealership should provide replacement car for free.
Great experience from buying a vehicle to service. Sales person Dave is very knowledgeable and helpful. Put every effort to make customer happy. I have to say my wife and I were not easy clients, we were not sure what exactly we needed from the beginning and it took us a while to find out the perfect car. David was very patient and helped with right questions to help us.Garry and Tracy is a new sales management and financial team were very cooperative too to help us to do everything in one day(the only day off we had).Also service manager Mike is very good. It is one of the reason why we decided to get both family cars in this dealership. Barb receptionist is very accomodative and supported us in a very short notice to get a service appointment. She is very relaxed and helped our 2 kids to be busy giving them colouring sheets, crayons and booksIt's so great and unique to have such a good team of people in our town. Thank you.Alex and Irina.
If I could give lower I would. I have called multiple times for the service department and not once has anyone ever picked up. I was excited to have a Ford so close to my home and it's pointless because they won't even answer my phone call. Won't ever be bringing my car here I couldn't even if I wanted to because I can't get should of anyone.
Just bought my second vehicle from Northstar Ford in Cochrane and I have to say it was an incredible experience again! David went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle I wanted, with all of the options I wanted! A few faces have changed since last time I was in, but totally for the better! These guys are mature, down to earth, easy going professionals, that I would recommend any day!!! Good job David and the rest of the fabulous staff for making me feel like part of the Ford family!!! Excellent experience!Had my f150 2018 for certain repair.Mike Todd service manager was always on top of situation, very helpful, he respectfully and positively explained to me everything I wanted to understand. Especially because it is a new truck his team and himself had to be even more specific because this truck has new parts and procedures. These guys were prompt and very cooperative. His collegue Kristen also helped at the beginning as a reception part. They provided taxi for free when I had to be dropped home and then they picked me up to the dealership.Thank you North Star Ford for such a good choice of people, and perfect customer service!
