I have a 3rd (4th) hand Craftsman mower. Manual is long gone. Dr. Mower's blog helped me locate a free manual online.Long story short, due entirely to operator (me) error, I ordered the wrong part from Char at drmower.ca. The customer service has been so far above what one normally expects from online dealings. I received my automated order confirmation, then a follow-up email from Char thanking me, then a tracking number.Parcel arrived 1 day early, exactly as ordered. As I sat down after receiving the parcel from Canada Post, their system confirmed it's delivery, then a short while later I heard from Char at Dr. Mower again, thanking me for my business and contact them if I had any problems.As for returning my incorrect part. Absolutely no issue on the part of Dr. Mower and Char again.I highly, highly recommend them for any of your mower needs. I've been talking about this experience since it started third week of June to everybody I meet.Single-handedly one of the best online shopping experiences I've had.
