Brent and his crew diagnosed a pretty major oil leak on my Sportage Turbo quickly, they contacted Kia and found a service bulletin showing it to be under warranty, (surprising given the mileage of the car). They could have easily told me it was a 5 hour repair and charged $700. Honesty and integrity go a long way, great job, amazing customer service.
I would give this shop 6 stars if I could! Mike and his staff do an amazing job of contacting you, and finding the best way to make you happy. Mike even offered me a ride home on a snowy day (and even picked me up on another occasion)...and that's just one example of going above and beyond. It's really hard to find an honest mechanic, but my family, and I will be customers for life! I will recommend Fenton's to anybody that will listen.
