Great store and service. They need a bigger store though. You cannot just drop in and expect them to have it. The good news is just about everything is only a day away.
I am so grateful!! What amazing service: I brought in my iPhone 6 and asked if it could be repaired. It wasnt charging. It had some water damage a few months ago, charged for awhile than stopped. Nathan examined it fully and said he couldnt fix it. After opening it up and checking it out, I asked for the amount I owed. Nothing. That was great and I was grateful. I found a used iPhone that had some issues with pixelation and the images, he quickly repaired it for an amazingly low price. I am grateful! But Im most grateful for his astounding kindness. I dropped my wallet outside his shop: Nathan found my drivers license and drove it home to me!! Amazing and on top of it a shop run with INTEGRITY and KINDNESS. I recommend him and the shop EXTREMELY HIGHLY!! I know I will use him for any and every issue I have. Ive already recommended him to two close friends in less than 24 hours!!!!
Great Napa location , Richard is awesome to get parts from, very knowledgeable and helpful .
Return policy at Napa is terrible, be sure you get the right part the first time. This is not specific to this store but this is where I bought the part.
