Took our 8 year old dog to this clinic, after finding a tumor on his neck. We were charged $500 for the vet to cut a small sample from the lump (roughly 10 minutes of work) and send for testing. We were also charged for logistical costs to have the sample sent to the lab, which I believe is located in house.They sent our dog home, still bleeding from the sample they removed, with no gauze or covering of any kind.We recieved a call from the vet a few days later, indicating that the surgery to remove the tumor would cost >$2000, with the potential to increase.Based on our initial experience, we contacted a trusted veterinarian just outside of town. We sent him the information and he reviewed the results.He was shocked at the cost for the initial assessment and more so, the cost of the surgery.He completed the surgery for under $250.00 (including medication).Long story short, I would not recommend this facility.
Adopted a lovely cat a few months ago from the local shelter. He was struggling with an upper respiratory infection. So we asked if they could see our bud on short notice. They did and they were very professional and took time to reassure us that our little cat would be fine. The exam rooms are better equipped then my own physician office. Thought it would be a fortune for the visit but it was well below what I expected . ( Please don't tell them that. Wouldn't want them to become like all the others)
