During a road trip from Quebec to the Rockies, the passenger side window of our ProMaster camper van shattered when an object hit it while we were driving. This happened on a Friday around 3pm in Shelby, Montana. We were on our way to Mount Robson for a week long backcountry hike and had to report there the following Monday. Because we had all our belongings in the camper van, we did not want to leave it parked with a broken window for that length of time. I called half a dozen glass repair shops telling them we needed a replacement by Monday and they all told me that was not going to be possible as there was a long delay to obtain the replacement glass. That is, until I spoke with John from Daryl's Service Glass. John did the research and told us he thought he might be able to get the replacement glass in time but that the company that could supply the glass was closed for the day. He offered to call them the next day (Saturday) even though he was not working that day. John was able to order the glass and called me early on Saturday to confirm that his shop would be able to replace the glass on Monday morning. Thanks to John and his outstanding customer service, we did not have to cancel our long-awaited hike on Mount Robson! This was one of the highlights of our road trip and we made it because John cared enough to go out of his way for us. Thank you, John and Daryl's Service Glass!
