Amazing gym! Great staff, equiptment is amazing. It's small enough for you to normally have the gym to yourself but big enough so you also have your space.

Small gym with tons of equipment, towel service, private bathroom/shower and a fantastic outdoor patio. The 24 hour access is great and the pricing is the best in Cochrane!
I am from Calgary but was in town for a few hours and had the opportunity to check out this gym & needless to say I am NOT disappointed. The view is absolutlely beautiful with the ginormous windows facing west. Super new equipment and just a friendly atmosphere, definitely one of the nicer gyms I've been to!
Best gym Ive been to in quite some time. Jennifer was very helpful and friendly and they had all the equipment one could ask for. Will definitely be making this location my goto gym from now on.
