Very laid back and friendly. Lots of equipment. Boot camp and training available.
Nice staff, mellow vibe. 2 squat racks but no Olympic platform-wouldn't want to drop heavy deadlifts here for the sake of those on the floor below (but my little lifts were fine).
A good gym, good equipment, and a good crowd. The staff are friendly, and the workout can be just as good as anywhere else without those year long contracts.
Great local gym. Friendly staff and good and clean equipment. Great student rates and usually not too busy. My only complaint is the rowing machine is too old.
This gym is awesome! Locally owned, awesome equipment, clean, and friendly staff/owners. Lots of different classes and they really care about their clientele - you aren't just a number here. Definitely worth checking out
