This is my favorite exercise place. Instructors are so encouraging, sweet and supportive. I love the Barre and yoga classes! Love it here!
Went for an intro yoga class. Instructor was pretty good, and intensity level was pretty good if not a little less than I was expecting.
I had an amazing first (spin) experience at the study! Great environment and staff! Can't wait to go back. Love the spot and what they have done with the place. Really happy they have this place in Cochrane :)
